This is the Private Party Reservation for events with less than 20 guests. Bridal showers, bachelorette parties, baby showers, girls night, book club, family night, any occasion! Please call or message us with any questions you may have. We want to make sure your party is perfect!
What exactly is a Painting Party?
A Painting Party is a fun, creative night of painting your own wooden, pallet or panel style sign with your choice of design.
What size are the boards?
Our signs range from small ornaments to large over-the-bed sizes. The painting party signs are generally 13x13 inch sqaure up to 24x12 inch signs. Message us if you'd like to do something different.
Who chooses the paint color?
You do! This is all up to you. Have some creative fun or match your home decor. There are many colors to choose from.
When you get to the party, you will choose the board to fit your design. The board will already be stained or painted the background color. There will be different options available. If you know you will want a certain color stain or paint for the background, message us and let us know or include a note in your registration. If we know before the event, we can set yours aside just for you.
What designs do we choose?
Each class will have a group of designs to choose from. Each guest chooses their own design. There are usually many choices to choose from.
Where are parties hosted?
At Love Built Shop (127 W 7th, Ada Ok) or for larger than 20 painters, we can bring the event to you! Message David for more info about large events and pricing. We can handle as many as 200!
How much does it cost?
This depends on the size, design and event. Smaller signs, such as the 13x13, not needing personalization begin at $25. Message us for more information.
Are there kids parties available?
Absolutely! Host a Girl Scout Troop night or birthday party. We will work with you on designs that will fit your party needs and each child will have their own sign. Children's parties begin at $150 for 10 painters.
When do we pay for the parties?
All party participants must pay and have their design choice by the date specified.
Where do we pay?
All parties are listed under the EVENTS section. Choose the event you would like to attend. All of your choices will be under that tab.
Can I change my design?
You may NOT change your design once paid for so choose wisely. If you would like to change your mind you must purchase a new stencil.
What if I cannot make it to the party after I register?
There are NO refunds but we can make arrangements for your sign to be finished another way. Just message us if there is an issue.
